returns policy

We accept returns of some items, based on the following conditions:

 

  • Please contact us, to request to return the item within 24 hours of receipt, this can be done via our contact form or email tflejewellery@gmail.com

 

  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send it with the original packaging, by a fully insured, tracked and signed for service (royal mail special delivery only within the UK). We will not be able to refund you unless we receive the item. For overseas customers be sure to mark it clearly as a ‘RETURN’ on the customs form, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct any import charges made to us, from the refund.

 

  • The item must be unworn, unaltered (this includes ring sizing) and undamaged in any way. Items will be inspected upon receipt.

 

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned or rejected orders.

  • Bespoke items, including rings and bracelets made to your size may not be returned. Please contact us to ask before purchase if you are unsure or need any help.

  • The pieces from our carved collection are all bespoke and not eligible for returns and refunds.

  • We offer refunds on returns, to customers in the UK, based on the consumer rights act 2015.

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within the first 14 days of receiving your goods. You have a further 14 days to return the goods to us, once you have notified us of your intention to return them. We will refund you to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the item back, providing it is in the same condition as it was sent out in, unworn, unaltered and undamaged.

  • We do not offer refunds on bespoke items, this includes rings and bracelets made to your size and all of the pieces in our carved collection.
